Dream

It was late night in the Twilight, black-dark as the inside of a Cave. The streets were deserted. A Sooty Fog crapt up from the tall standing buildings and the alleyways echoed with Shadows. Around me I felt the city, echoing and empty desolate and Dead.

The cobblestones under my bare feet were slick with the evening's rain. No luck that day for my quick, pocket-pick hands, and I hadn't managed to filch my supper of a bit of copper to buy it with. I was hollow with hunger. I might have tried somewhere else, ecept the underlord had a word out on me, and his minions would beat the fluff out of me if they could. Keeping an eye out, I lurked in an Alleyway.

Now, it was late. The rain started up again, not a hard rain, but a cold one, just enough to get into your bones and make you shiver. A good night for misery eels. I hunched into my lurking spot and thought about warm dinners, Then I heard it. Step Step Tap, Step step tap. I edged back into my alley shadows to wait, and alone he came. Old man, I thought. A Bent bearded, cloak-wearing old croakety croak leaning on a cane. Climbing the streep street toward me. Muttering to himself, his purse, I decided would be paying for my dinner, though he didnt know it yet.

I was a shadow, a breath of air, light feather fingers and--quick hands-- I ghosted up behjind him, dipped into his cloak pocket, grabbed what I found within and was gone. Away clean. I robbed the old man! couldnt help it. Or so I thought. The old man went on, not noticiing a thing, and I slipped back into my alley and opened my hand to see what I'd got for my trouble.

Even in the shadows, the thing I'd stolen was darker than dark, and though it was smal, a stone no bigger than a baby's fist, it was heavier than it looked. It was a magical thing. The wizard's locus magiclicus. As I started down at the wizardly stone it started to glow. Soft at first, with the red warmth of coals in a winter hearth. Then a sudden fierce of Flash of lighening and the alley was alive with dancing, flashing light, the shadows fleeing like fightened black cats and then the stone started vibrating and started to play NOKIA RING TONE!! As i opened my eyes, I noticed drops of sweat dripping off my eyebrow and saw, the stone had turned into a Mobile phone. Aah, a sigh of relief, I was dreaming. I answered the call, it was my cab driver calling me to pick me up to work. Well thats how my day started today!! I still remember I was in gothic city 5th Century BC!! probably I had a story to tell, but thanks to the Cab driver!!
AAh I am in Pune, its a new city! I am at the guest house, and the cook has made awesome alu paratha...yum! off I go.....

Monday Mornings

Damn!! it comes again!! Monday blues are those crazy nightmares which are for real!! It feels so 'hell-like' miserable to come to office on a Monday morning!! I always wonder why is that? Is it because the previous Sunday was too romantic? Or its just that my boss is crazy? But it happens to all of us right?
I always wish Monday turns out to be a National holiday, but it doesnt happen so. Even if its Ramzan tomorrow, I need to go to work!! Can you believe that? Why ME!! I dont even have an excuse to stay back at home!! I want to retire early, I will save up all my gardening and guitar playing interests to spend it on all the Mondays I come across and will grow old showing my middle finger to all the mondays that has made me feel so worse!!
I think I should stop sulking and get ready for work...I have heardBright light often tells your that it is indeed the morning and helps reset your internal clock. I think I need to do that... Bye for now.... Wish me a good day :) (as if that helps lol)

What does Success Mean to you?

In order to know what success is, the first step is to achieve success. I came across a quote online, and it said, Success is the completion of anything intended. You may say, its just completing the planned task or execute your plan to perfection. Its funny is'nt it? I wanted to rob a bank, thats my plan of action and after I do it, I am successfull? NO!!

Wish Success had been that easy. Failure and Success are two sides of the same coin. Its like you toss a coin and dont come across heads always right? Its a lucky guess. We cant control the coin and its gravity related action when you toss it in the air. However, Success can be controlled and so is Failure in real life. But there is hardly any luck unless you are a believer, but definitely no guessing!! you need to be outright and sharp. I went around looking for places how Success and Men are related. I came across the most truest quote, its like Newton's First law, you may call it, the First Law of Success!!... "Behind every successful Man there is a Woman" on the contrary this quote continues... "Behind every unsuccessful Man there are two Women"
Well thats not alll... I came across some more

Behind every successful man there is a surprised woman...!!!
It gets better as you read

Behind every successful man is some chick who once worked at his office!!

Behind every successful man there is always a woman who keeps asking him when he comes home for dinner!!

Behind every successful Man stands two Women. One takes the Credit, and the other takes the Cash!!
A Guy who was working hard to cut down his Cell Phone Bills, drastically reduced his bills to 80% low!! He was surprised, yet successfull!! you know why? Because, behind this successful guy, who successfully cut down his mobile expense, was a Woman who consistenly and with the minutest of the details was checking his mobile bill!!

I finally come to the conclusion,
The Men who were successful gave the claim of their success to their Women. So, The Women claimed the success of every man. I must say, IF ANY MAN IS SUCCESSFULL THEN ITS BECAUSE OF A WOMAN/WOMEN.
So Guys, if you want to be successfull, get yourself a Woman!! Success is just that tough!!
But, hey, wait a minute, what does Success means to you??

Dream on.... :) May success be with you
