Day in the life of a middle class
brushing teeth at the mirror
planning a day long fight and snuggle
with a pride and a grin
hiding all the pain form deep within
the same road when rode long ago
Isnt easy these days, but still costs the same ego
to fill the tank on, hopin for an extra mile
headphone on, shirt tucked in..we still smile on
Along with a credit, along with a debt we war with inflation
fight all the odds, live in clarity amidst confusion
dodging every obstacle, hoping for a miracle
very little fun,and some bollywood entertainment
very big at heart, even with a corrupt government
And the dreams are bigger, and the hopes are strong
thats is how our days go, and we move along
waking upto a struggle
day begins again and I brush at the mirror
Its getting tougher and tougher
Keep the chin up, keep the head high
For everything is ours, even the full sky
Its gonna be a bit tight
stonger we become, its all gonna be alright

When life turns cold
I close my eyes, think of you
seal myself within your warmth
nestle in your love, cuddle in that bliss
shade in that smile,

I am surprised how time flies
but I know life is no longer cold

on your birthday, I wet to buy u a bouquet
I stood by in a glance, thinking which flower wud suit you the best
to my surprise every flower stood in their own special way
to show themselves that they all have a part of you to play
of all the colors, fragrance and beauty they bring to this life
